New Student Registration

Welcome to Bountiful High School!  As a new student/parent of Bountiful High, you will need to complete a registration packet and then schedule an appointment with the registrar and your counselor to register your student for classes. New student registration appointments will be held on Monday, August 5th and Friday, August 9th, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. You may call the counseling office at 801.402.3907 beginning July 29 to schedule your appointment, or email Chris Sedlacek at csedlacek@dsdmail.net. School year counseling office hours are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

**If your student has an IEP or 504, please inform Mrs. Sedlacek when you call for an appointment so a copy can be requested asap.  IEP students will need to meet with the IEP coordinator for a class schedule.

Registration packets may also be picked up in the Business Office at the school. During the summer new student paperwork may be turned into the Main Office and an appointment can be made at that time. Summer Business Office hours are 8 am to 2 pm, except holidays.

Per Davis District policy, you must provide at least two forms of proof of residency within Bountiful High boundaries before your student can register. Also required: a birth certificate, guardian photo ID, immunization record, and a transcript from your student's previous school. Please click on the new student registration packet to see a list of all the documents you will need to bring.
